The International Coach Federation (ICF) defines coaching as "partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential." Coaching truly is a partnership based on trust. Our sessions are completely confidential, so the more honest and vulnerable you are, the deeper we can go. My job is not to tell you what to do, but to ask powerful questions help you explore who you are, what you want and what's holding you back.
Absolutely! Many of my clients are not executives by title. I work with people from varying industries and levels. While my clients are typically Director level (in tech, often called Principal) and above, it's ultimately about finding the right fit, so please don't let what's typical prevent you from reaching out.

Yes! I approach coaching you as a whole human being. What happens in your personal life affects your professional life and vice versa. Often my clients start with goals focused on their professional life but also are looking to find more work life balance or prioritize health, family and other passions outside of work, so we spend significant time on non-work topics.
While I do help clients figure out what's next in their career or how to get advance to the next level, I do not provide tactical services for job searching, such as resume and cover letter review, LinkedIn profile feedback, mock job interviewing, etc. but am happy to refer you to a career coach if you are seeking that specific support.
Coaching is an investment in yourself and only you know if the time is right. However, I do find that the structure of committing to six months and being accountable to a coach helps clients get off the "I'm so busy" treadmill and prioritize themselves and set boundaries. Also, one of the first things we can work on is delegation and how to protect your time for coaching sessions and reflection. The consistency of meeting every other week is an ideal frequency to maintain focus but still allow time for processing and reflection between sessions.
