I acknowledge that I am strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance that includes cancellation coverage.
I acknowledge that my participation in this retreat experience is voluntary and that I assume all risks associated with my attendance, including but not limited to travel to and from the venue, participation in activities and sessions, and use of resort amenities. I hereby release and hold harmless Leslie Chen, Leslie Chen Coaching and their affiliates, employees, and staff from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from my participation in the Ho'ea Retreat.
